  • Granulated lethicin. Only granulated lethicin.
Great Emulsifier. Two tbsp per meal. Plus what Dr Berg says because he knows how everything connects.

  • Bitter melon? It's really good. One of my fave veggies.
I don't drink alcohol but I ate too much junk foods for years. I need to heal my liver.

  • Hi Dr Berg, does the fructose in fruits bad for fatty liver? For example fructose in watermelon and mangoes which i love to eat. Thank you. Please reply.

  • Can we please just get a LIST of the items that help with the Liver. Sitting through these videos often times makes me feel like Iโ€™m going through a training session, when I would like to see the list of products in order, then learn their application.

  • I love these videos but coconut oil is not good for you…… anything that solidifies that hard would you put it into your body? And kale and other certain greens produce gasses in your gut…… so itโ€™s very hard what to ,and who to believe nowadays……
hereโ€™s a thought if it doesnโ€™t have its own seed where did it come from ???
Bit like the chicken and the egg ๐Ÿคฃ

  • For me I drink socially. I can drink two three nights in a row, but not touch a drop for a year. So alcohol is not the problem. My problem is the constant stress, crap diet and inconsistent exercise. That is my challenge and I have no idea how to get started.

  • I already take kale, turmeric and apple cider vinegar everyday for many years now. A few years ago i got pneumonia. For whatever reason my liver enzymes shot up….doctor said i got 'liver damage' (probably from medication)……which my regular doctor said is not real 'damage'. Anyway, after i got healed of pneumonia and got out of hospital i went back to my normal healthy diet and i took 'liver support' tablets' everyday to help my liver recovery. Tablets included milk thistle and R-Alpha lipoic acid….2 ingredients that are very beneficial to the liver to protect and recover. Blood tests showed my liver was back to normal and healthy again after a few weeks. The liver can take some beating but it needs regular healthy treatments.

  • Hey Doctor Berg, you mentioned Lipitor in this video. I was on Lipitor but I was put on Bezelip retard years ago. I believe this is a blocker? But how bad is that medication?. I have a NAFL but I was told that the high cholesterol condition was tested as genetic. It makes me feel I donโ€™t have a chance to improve my liver condition. What is your view on this

  • Dr. Berg what's the best way to cure the fatty liver disease or get it down when you are not a drinker of alcohol at all and you are on a strict diet already

  • Dr. Berg, I do not drink but suffer severely from chronic migraines (20 years). As a result, I've taken lots of meds (advil/relpax). What can I do to help my liver if I still have to take these meds to function. I do not have a gallbladder so a keto diet doesn't work. Please help!!!

  • So grateful for your educational clips Thank you so much. M from Scotland ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’ฎ

  • Does that alcohol restriction include wine? I ask because I've always heard that a little wine a day was supposed to be good for us.

  • I think I have fatty liver..I am bloated…I exercise regularly…I crave sour food and salt…wat should I do..my percent body fat is 30 percent

  • Please Dr. Berg, can you let me know if it is okay to have cooked or canned greens instead of the Kale shake? I get tired of the drink, and would like to have the cooked greens some days! Thank you!!!

  • I do not drink alcohol, I eat grapes.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

  • The prophet Mohammad peace and blessings be upon him said that we should sleep on the right side of the body before 1400 years ago.. also he said that fasting the whole day before Sun shine until Sunrise is the best therapy for all unknown health problems.

  • Drinking alcohol is prohibited in Islam, although alot
    of Muslims drink

  • If your liver is in bad shape then quit alcohol – common sense. Once OK, it regenerates itself unless parts are diseased (dead), there is nothing wrong with the odd alcohol intake, as long as you do not abuse alcohol. Alcohol is credited as preventing gallstone build up.

I know many old people who have drank all their lives and live very healthy lives.
"I got the best out of alcohol, but alcohol never got the best out of me".
    – Winston Churchill

  • Very much the social drinker, not always, however do like a glass of vino from time to time when I am out socializing or cooking something fantastic. But more importantly I want to have a healthy and strong liver and body. So will give no drinking ago! Whoop Whoop.

  • I have such painful kidney problems I just need to get rid of my fat stomach need to stop eating sugar and cards

  • Is it ok if I'm not hungry & have a super huge liver & spleen to the point that my diaphragm are super swollen. I look heavy but my drs are atamous that we need to take care of those issues. I'm ALWAYS tired. Not very hungry but gaining weight & ALWAYS in pain. I can barely bend over & feel so sick after eating. I never have been 1 to consume alcohol, infact I was always the double D ( designed driver). Lately I've had urges to drink to kill the pain. Is that normal? I'm under lots of different kinds of vitamins & other medications for my mental health & general health. A year ago I had a major hysterectomy while hemorrhaging & I only had 17% blood in my entire body. I didn't want blood so I went bloodless during the surgery & left the hospital with only 14% blood in my entire body. I was told that I'm the only one who has survived something like that. I believe that it was my Lord who pulled me through & my total trust in him that got me through. He's so amazing that he's ALL we need. Yet, I feel much pain. I have a liver that can sustain myself & 2 others. That's that I NEVER have been a drinker nor ate unhealthy. I'd love to know why. They've done so many blood testing, took out my gallbladder, uterus, hysterectomy & now this, all within a short time. Maybe, Father is almost ready for my departure, I don't know. I know several of my biological parents & brothers & sisters have died within a short time of each other. It's just mind boggling. I feel for all of us. Love our Lord & God. Don't think everything will not be ok, because I know that it will be as long as you try because our Father & Lord want us & love us. I love you guys. We're the little engine that could.

  • I love all the advice you offer. I wish you continued progress in your work and life. God bless you and your family

  • Could you please doctor put english subtitle with each video that you make because I am learning English bit by bit and I can't catch you in many parts and thank you so so much ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒน.

  • What is your recommendation about coffee ? Will that damage the liver or is it ok ? I try to limit to 3 cups a day.

  • Hey Dr.Berg, religion aside, it's very interesting to see how close Islam is to what you preach. Islam prohibits alcohol and promotes fasting!

  • A good or bad liver, is what decide whether we are well or being sick in general. Bad liver is the underlying cause. But doctors never tell that to the pasients, and regular blood test don't show it either. Thank you for teaching us, Dr. Berg, and tells us what we need to know.
