Fastest Way to Detox Your Liver

What is the fastest way to detox your liver? Don’t drink alcohol. And don’t take Tylenol
for your headache. How does that detox your liver? Alcohol and Tylenol are both hard on your
liver. Both simultaneously could poison your liver, which means they are toxins. When in a hole, stop digging. When you find
your liver is overloaded with toxins, stop poisoning it. The next step is to drink lots of fluids to
flush out your toxins. That makes sense. What herbs do I need? Frankly, just water or lemon water with sugar
is enough to detox your system. Especially if you’ve been living off of alcohol, coffee
and energy drinks. Don’t forget pizza, donuts and snack foods. You’ll need to cut out the high fat foods
to detox your liver. The alcohol plus fatty foods results in fat accumulation around the
liver and abdomen, the worst place it could be kept. That would be the beer belly. Eat a lot of high fiber fruits and vegetables.
Whole grain breads are good. Would oatmeal count? Clearly hops won’t. Oatmeal is good. You could but don’t have
to use flax seed, green tea or herbal teas. Would saunas or foot baths help me detox my
liver? That’s new age or old world medicine, but
not really. In fact, sweating it out without staying hydrated actually strains your body. Fasting would help. Fasting only helps if you stop taking in what
is bad for you. Dehydration when your body has accumulated toxins will force your body
to use up the fat but have trouble excreting the wastes. Then I need a colon cleanse. Oh, gosh, the euphemism for a super-pooping
weekend. Just eat oatmeal every morning for the same effect without being stuck texting
on the toilet all weekend.
